Heavy-duty twin basket deep fryer designed for high-volume frying. Great for catering businesses, restaurants, and large events where speed and capacity are essential.
- Deep Fryer, twin basket, 2 x 10 litre pans, 2 x 10A leads
- NOTE: This unit has 2 separate 10A power leads (one for each unit). These need to be powered by two separate circuits as it draws 2 x 10A (2400W).
- There is the potential for this unit to “trip” a fuse box as it may overload the power supply. Two adjacent power points may be on the same circuit. If in doubt, please find an electrically competent person to assist. Power boards should never be used.
